Lives in the Kostychany village.
- In 1984 graduated a Kostychany Secondary School.
- In 1984-1986, worked as a driver in the collective farm of Kostychany village, Novoselytsa district
- From 1986 to 1988 served in the army, drafted into the Soviet Army.
- 1990-1996 - head of the collective farm garage.
- In 1997-2005 he worked as a junior controller of the border control department in the village of Mamalyha.
- In 2010 - 2015 - head of the farm "Dobrobut - Agro".
- On November 4 2016, took the oath of a civil servant, being elected chairman of the Konstychany village council.
- On July 16, 2019, he was elected chairman of the Vanchykivtsi Territorial Community.
