Vancikivtsy community
Vanchykivtsy Territorial Community is located in the south of Chernivtsi region in Chernivtsi district, 50 km from the city of Chernivtsi. The population of the community is 14,973 people, and the area of the community is 170 sq. Km. The territory of the community is divided into three districts.
The community was formed in 2019 by merging three village councils Kostychany, Vanchykivtsi and Cherlenivska. After the 2020 elections, 4 more villages joined it, and now it includes 7 settlements Kostychany, Tarasivtsi, Cherlenivka, Forosna, Shcherbyntsi, Zhylivka with administrative center in the Vanchykivtsi village.
